THERE WILL BE NO PARKING AT JETTIES BEACH IN THE UPPER PARKING LOT FROM NOON ON FRIDAY, JULY 20, 2012 TO 12:00 PM ON RACE DAY (SATURDAY JULY 21, 2012) TO ALLOW FOR RACE SET-UP AND TAKE DOWN. BATHING BEACH ROAD TO JETTIES WILL BE CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC FROM 5 AM TO 12 PM ON RACE DAY. THERE IS NO PARKING ALLOWED ON ANY OF THE ROADS LEADING INTO JETTIES BEACH. IMPROPERLY PARKED CARS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE.
Important Notice:
DUE TO THE EARLY RACE START - ALL ATHLETES MUST RACK THEIR BIKES ON FRIDAY JULY 20, 2012 BETWEEN 5 PM AND 10 PM AT PACKET PICK-UP. THE TRANSITION AREA WILL BE SECURED AND OVERNIGHT SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE VENUE FOR BIKES AND EQUIPMENT.

SPECTATORS AND RACE DAY BEACH GOERS MAY WALK TO JETTIES OR USE THE NANTUCKET REGIONAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY (NRTA).

The Children's Beach Boat Ramp will be closed on Saturday, July 21, 2012 from 6:30 AM to approximately 8:30 AM.
Every effort will be made to re-open the roads as soon as it is safe to do so. Race organizers request the cooperation of the public to try and avoid using the race route from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM on race day.
Please seek an alternate route to your destination in order to avoid frustration and traffic congestion and to allow for the safety of our athletes!
